1. Scope

It does not apply to third-party websites, apps, models, payment processors, app stores, integrations, or services that we do not control. - Outputs, such as generated images, generated videos, edits, variations, downloads, project history, and related metadata;
- communications, such as support requests, feedback, complaints, survey responses, emails, and messages with us;
- marketing and preference information, such as newsletter preferences, offer responses, and campaign interactions; and
- information you choose to make public or share, such as gallery posts, public projects, shared links, reviews, testimonials, or community content.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services, we may automatically collect:

2.4 Sensitive Information and Face-Related Content
The Services may allow you to upload images, videos, voices, likenesses, or other materials that include a person's face, body, voice, or other sensitive information. You should not upload sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your use of the Services and you have all required rights, notices, consents, and legal bases.
When you submit face-related images or videos, we may process them to provide requested features such as generation, editing, enhancement, animation, transformation, background tools, or similar visual effects. Unless we expressly state otherwise, we do not use face-related content to identify a person or verify identity. We may process such content for service delivery, safety, moderation, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, legal compliance, and improvement of the Services where permitted by law.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- generate, edit, render, store, download, and display Outputs;
- create and manage accounts, authentication, subscriptions, credits, billing, and support;
- process transactions, prevent payment fraud, collect amounts owed, and enforce payment terms;

- review, filter, moderate, restrict, or remove content and enforce our Terms of Use;

4. AI Content Processing
To provide AI image and video features, we and our service providers may process Inputs, Outputs, prompts, files, metadata, settings, usage data, and feedback. This processing may occur on our systems or on third-party systems that help us provide models, rendering, storage, safety, moderation, analytics, and infrastructure.
Unless a specific plan, setting, or written agreement says otherwise, we may use Inputs, Outputs, and related usage data to operate, maintain, secure, support, analyze, improve, develop, and train our Services, models, safety systems, and quality systems where permitted by law.
Content you choose to publish, share publicly, submit for showcase, or make available through public links may be viewed, indexed, downloaded, used, displayed, or redistributed by others. We may use public or showcase content for marketing, promotional, portfolio, research, and service improvement purposes.
You should not submit trade secrets, confidential information, regulated data, or personal information of others unless you have the right to do so and accept the risks associated with AI processing and third-party infrastructure.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, SDKs, and similar technologies to:

- operate security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection features;
- measure performance, errors, and usage;

- to rights holders, reporting parties, law enforcement, regulators, courts, authorities, or other parties when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, enforce our Terms, respond to claims, protect rights, prevent harm, or investigate abuse;

- Inputs, Outputs, projects, and generated content may be retained while stored in your account, shared by you, needed to provide the Services, or needed for safety, legal, backup, audit, or dispute purposes;
- temporary files may be retained for a limited period to deliver downloads, troubleshoot issues, or maintain service reliability;
- transaction, tax, legal, and accounting records may be retained for the period required or permitted by law;
- logs, security records, and abuse-prevention records may be retained as needed to protect the Services; and
- aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information may be retained indefinitely.
Deletion requests may not result in immediate deletion from backups, logs, legal records, fraud-prevention systems, or records we are required or permitted to retain.

However, no website, app, network, storage system, AI service, or transmission method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that information will be secure, available, uninterrupted, or free from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
You are responsible for securing your account credentials, devices, email accounts, payment methods, and downloaded Outputs.
10. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information. You may also have rights to withdraw consent, opt out of certain processing, opt out of targeted advertising, opt out of sale or sharing of personal information, or appeal a decision regarding a privacy request.
